With our investments in human resources, we now have in-house experts to oversee your entire
project and bring it to a successful completion, within the budget and the deadline.
We immediately assign a project manager to the client — one who is best suited to what you need
— whether you are an architect looking for a partner to develop technical solutions through real
scale mock-ups, or a direct client looking for a contractor for your next fit-out.
The dedicated project manager will immediately analyse the project in order to tentatively identify client expectations. We believe in a personal, face to face approach, so we usually invite our clients to a meeting with our PM and occasionally for a visit to our workshops to set the basis for a fruitful relationship. We know that the first questions are usually, “how much will it cost and how long will it take to build it?” We immediately set out to address these questions. We are proud to say that our flexibility allows us to deliver fair bids and the most realistic schedule.
As soon as we agree on costs and the schedule, our in-house technical department and our procurement manager begin working on your project. Construction drawings are optimised to facilitate the processes in our workshops, where we usually work on samples and scale mock-ups to develop the technical aspects of any custom details your project may require.
A fit-out project is usually a combination of multidisciplinary craftsmanship. We can internally produce any kind of timber and metal joinery and furniture, but for a custom package (e.g., marble
production or plaster moulding) we count on a very well-tested and reliable network of specialised suppliers. (We do a lot of things, but we can’t do everything!)
The challenge is always the coordination of internal production with the outsourcing of special supplies; this is why an enhanced Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) is implemented to make sure that the desired level of quality is achieved.
We are able to undertake projects all around the world. The way that we build and package goods depends on the final destination of the products. We have extensive experience in managing customs duties, and we can offer various intermodal shipping solutions for your goods — both in Italy and abroad — through our well trusted logistics partners.
A good product can be devalued by a bad installation. Thus, when we are asked to supply and fit-out your projects, we assign a site manager to supervise the production and installation phases.
We are proud to state that our clients keep coming back to us. Customer loyalty is the development of our company. That’s why — with or without a maintenance contract — we are always ready to perform any after-sales issues.
